Ceremony or celebration coverage, including natural family and group portraits.
3 hours – £850
Extended coverage for fuller storytelling before or after the main event.
Both options include a fully edited online gallery.
Family ceremonies & children’s celebrations
I photograph baptisms, naming ceremonies and children’s birthday parties in a natural, documentary way — focusing on real moments, relationships and the feel of the day rather than staged coverage.
During ceremonies, I work quietly and respectfully, capturing the atmosphere and the interactions between family members. For birthday parties and celebrations, I document events as they unfold, with gentle guidance for a small number of relaxed family or group portraits if needed.
My approach is child-led and unhurried, allowing time for settling and pauses. The aim is to create a thoughtful visual record that reflects your family, without over-directing or interrupting the moment.
Ahead of the day, I’ll send a short questionnaire to understand what matters to you and anything helpful to know. For church ceremonies, I always work in line with venue guidance around photography and lighting.
